If you are enrolling in our online Graduate Accelerated Programs (GAP) through the College of Business and
Management, be aware that their tuition deadlines are different from general
University tuition deadlines. For GAP, tuition is due to be paid in full the
day before classes begin each term. If payment is not received before the first
day of classes, you will be administratively withdrawn from the program.
Because the online program that you have applied and been admitted to is based on an 8-week period, while the University customarily addresses programs offered in a 16-week period, you may receive conflicting information from the University of Illinois System Bursar Office. The payment and due dates sent by the bursar office do not apply to your 8-week online courses. If you have questions, please contact your program advisor.

Admission Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- All official transcripts
- No GMAT required
Applicants to the UIS Online MS Healthcare Informatics must meet at least one of the following conditions for admission.
- Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university. No GMAT will be required.
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a 2.5 GPA or higher. No GMAT will be required.
- Candidates with a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a 2.0 – 2.49 GPA and a minimum of 2 years of substantial experience and responsibility in a field related to healthcare informatics and documented in a current resume will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
